The impact narratives working group (see https://nitro-oceania.net/activities/working-groups/) discussed ways to progress their work and decided that two complementary approaches would be useful:
- An initial “bottom up” focus on quickly building up our collection of impact narratives so that successes and learnings are “on the record”
- A longer-term strategic pathway that addresses questions such as the best use of our stories in the context of their audience and the outcomes we want from them.
The first approach is underway now with the development of a template to assist in documenting the narratives which we will initially test amongst the group, concentrating on ease of use and the ability to compare and contrast experiences.
