The ITD-Alliance (Inter- and Trans- Disciplinarity Alliance) – a new professional association for individuals, as well as existing professional associations and networks – was launched at the International Transdisciplinarity conference in Gothenburg, Sweden in September. Founding member associations include td-Net, Association for Interdisciplinary Studies, International Network for the Science of Team Science and Integration and Implementation Sciences (i2S). The aim is to establish the Alliance formally over the next two years. The website is http://www.itd-alliance.org/.
